This website is run by GlideCool, an online store based in Victoria, Australia. By using this website or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website.

Products and prices

All prices are in Australian dollars. We work to describe and show our products accurately, but colours can look slightly different on screen. We may change prices or stop selling a product at any time, but this won’t affect orders we’ve already accepted.

Orders

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy. We accept your order when we dispatch it. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if a product is unavailable, if there’s an obvious error in its price or description, or if we suspect fraud.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We don’t see or store your full card details.

Shipping and refunds

Delivery is covered by our shipping policy, and returns and refunds by our refund policy.

Using our products safely

Read the instructions that come with your brush before using it, and use it only as directed. Keep electrical appliances away from water and out of reach of children.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can’t be excluded.

We do our best to keep this website available and accurate, but we can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. All content on this website, including text, images and design, belongs to GlideCool or its suppliers and can’t be copied without permission.
