Free tracked shipping

Every order ships free across Australia with tracking, with no minimum spend.

When your order arrives

We dispatch most orders within 1–3 business days. Your brush ships from our fulfilment partner’s warehouse overseas, so most orders arrive within 1–3 weeks of ordering.

Tracking

You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. It can take a few days for the first tracking update to appear.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in Australia only.

Busy periods

Around Christmas and major sales, please allow extra time. If you’re buying a gift, order early.

Delivery problems

If your tracking hasn’t updated for 10 days, or your order hasn’t arrived within 4 weeks of ordering, contact us and we’ll sort it out. Our refund policy explains what happens if a parcel is lost.

Please check your address carefully at checkout. We can’t change the delivery address once an order has shipped.
